This privacy policy informs you pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 GDPR about the processing of personal data on vain.at.

2. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact contact@vain.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

3. Access Data & Hosting

This website is delivered as a static site via the content delivery network of Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia, EU). When you visit, technically necessary log data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, user agent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and performant operation). Retention: max. 30 days. Visitors from the EU are served from servers within the EU; visitors outside the EU may be served from edge servers in their region.

4. Video Streaming (Bunny Stream)

Short, silent preview loops of our own films are delivered from our own storage on Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU) and start automatically when they come into view; they are static files, no player, no profile, no cookies. Full films are streamed via Bunny Stream only when you click a play button; then your IP address, user agent and playback data are transmitted to Bunny to deliver the stream and adapt its quality. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (delivery of the content you requested). Bunny processes data in the EU.

5. Fonts

All fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font provider.

6. Contact form and email

When you contact us by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, content of your message) to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f). Retention: until handled, then max. 6 months unless statutory retention obligations apply. The contact form on this website sends your entries (name, email address, company if given, message, the page you sent it from) via a webhook of Make (Celonis GmbH, Make.com, Prague, Czech Republic, EU) to our mailbox. Make acts as our processor under a data processing agreement and stores the transmission only as long as needed for delivery. A hidden field protects the form against bots; no cookies are set. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention as for email.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, marketing or tracking tools. No usage profiles are created.

8. External Links

This website contains links to external services (e.g. YouTube, Instagram). When you click such a link you leave our website and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Simply visiting our pages does not transmit any data to these providers.

9. Changes
